Shipping policy

ORDER PROCESSING

Please allow 7 days to manufacturer your order. Expect an email within this timeframe to let you know your order is on its way. Have a tighter deadline? Get in touch using our webform, or give us a call to discuss and we will do out best to accommodate your request.

ORDER COLLECTION

With prior agreement, we are more than happy for you to collect your order from us. On this basis we are happy to reimburse the postage cost automatically incurred at checkout. 

FLAT RATE SHIPPING

Orders are generally shipped within 3 to 4 days using Royal Mail first class recorded for UK consignments, and Royal Mail international tracked services for overseas. The flat rate shipping fee offers the opportunity for you to purchase multiple items without additional charges. 

DELIVERY UPGRADES

UK orders over £300 are automatically sent on special delivery to ensure consignments are insured. International orders over £500 are automatically sent on DHL, and offer a 3 days service to Europe, USA and Canada. Please enquire for timeframes for all other countries. If you require and inured service on a lower spend amount, we are happy to upgrade this for you, charges will apply.

IMPORT TAXES

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which have incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Staged Jewels is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility of the customer.
