Refund policy

REFUNDS & RETURNS

We accept returns within 3 days after delivery if the item is unworn, and in the original condition. As all items are made to order there is a restocking charge at 15%. We will refund minus this, and the shipping cost. Please note we do not offer returns on any pierced earrings.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. 
If more than 10 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at stagedjewelsuk@outlook.com. 

DAMAGES

In the event that your order arrived damaged in anyway, please email us as soon as possible at stagedjewelsuk@outlook.com with your order number and a photo of the items condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis and will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

EXCHANGES

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

EXEMPTIONS

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. We do not accept returns on custom orders, but will maintain contact throughout the design and manufacturing process to ensure you are happy with the finalised design, before shipment.

EUROPEAN UNION 14 DAY COOLING OFF PERIOD

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
